The Master Confectioners of the Jury were:

Giuseppe Russi: winner of several prizes in international competitions, including the Gold Medal at the Olympics of Pastry in Erfurt Germany in 2016;

Francesco Borioli: co-founder of Infermentum, one of the most interesting companies on the national scene with regard to artisan laboratories for leavened products;

Eustachio Soap: winner of the Mastro Panettone 2018 for both categories, Best Traditional Panettone and Best Chocolate Panettone;

Antonio Daloiso: class of 1988, World Junior Pastry Champion in 2011 and winner of the first Italian edition of the television show “The greatest pastry chef”;

Giuseppe Mancini: pastry chef of the national cooks until 2009, today he is Executive Pastry Chef and trainer at Higher Education Institutes and companies in the sector.
