Among the flagship products presented at TuttoFood Milano at the beginning of May is the StraPizza SiGi mixture, a patented formula with particular natural fibres capable of reducing the glycaemic index by up to 35% while maintaining the taste and consistency of traditional bread and pizza. Industry Molitoria Perteghella supported the launch of this product – unique on the market – of its line dedicated to the professional pizzeria with an “out of show” event:  the opening of the 01Curti SiGi restaurant in Galleria San Babila.

On the second day, in fact, the Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte was welcomed to the stand – one of the 5 visited among the almost 3,000 exhibitors present – by the General Director Attilio Perteghella, who introduced the Premier not only to the history of his company, but also to the strong innovative drive with which it responds to recent consumption trends.
