A ognuno la sua farina

Innovation and grinding culture

A highly innovative milling company

Our constant search for innovation made us develop a highly automated milling plant managed by the most up-to-date digital system monitoring all production phases: from reception of raw materials, milling procedures and storage to finished products packaging.

The raw materials we use come from highly qualified suppliers and are carefully chosen through internal procedures in order to guarantee constance and top-quality standards.

The grains we use are continuously selected according to their hygenic, physicochemical and rheological features. We remove all kind of dirt thanks to a complex cleaning process ending with modern optical selectors.

Also the later phases in which the grains get smashed and separated are strictly controlled both by our computer system and our specialized staff.

The whole production process is aimed at obtaining genuine and constant products for every single use.

Strict laboratory control

Every phase of our production process relies on the physicochemical and rheological analysis conducted by our internal laboratory.

Our specialized staff with long-standing experience is in charge for checking strictly both raw material and finished products, in order to guarantee that they are aligned with international top-quality standards.

Our pizza, bakery and pastry Cooking Lab

Every day our Masters test our finished products in order to check if they are aligned with our customers’ requests. The test results are compared with analytical and productive baseline criteria in order to achieve continuos improvement.
