Open mill

Industria Molitoria Perteghella opens its doors to the public. A unique opportunity to visit the mill and learn about the flour production process.

Generally, two days a week are dedicated to this initiative. Tuesdays are set aside for schools, while Sunday visits, organised on request, are open to anyone wishing to take part.

Accompanied by the head miller or by a member of the Perteghella family, visitors can follow the journey made by the grains of wheat within the mill: from their arrival at the company to their cleaning and from grinding to packaging.

An engaging experience, to learn about the ancient art of grinding and discover the amazing evolution it has undergone over time.

Climbing up and down the stairs which wind around the vertical structure of the factory, observing and listening to the purifier in motion, running the flour at its various processing stages, through your hands: only by directly experiencing this can you understand what work at the mill entails nowadays.

Work which is powered by noble traditions and solid experiences, passion and commitment, but which has always been able to re-invent itself, searching for excellence and quality in the production of flour.
