How does payment via bank transfer work?

Bank transfer is made within 3 days of the order being placed. If the transfer is not made, the order will be cancelled. If you fail to make the bank transfer, you may be contacted by Customer Services in order to clarify whether this is because you no longer wish to go ahead with the order or for other reasons.

The reason for the bank transfer must include the date, order number, found in the confirmation e-mail and name and surname of the person making the order (e.g. “Order 15/05/15 no. 100010001, Mario Rossi").

The bank transfer will be credited to the recipient's bank account no earlier than 2/3 working days from when it is made.

How does payment on delivery work?

This payment method is only available for deliveries made in Italy and only for orders of less than €516. Payment shall be made on reception of the goods and can only be paid in cash. The Client shall pay a €5 contribution towards shipment for deliveries made using the payment on delivery method.

Are my payments safe?

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERIES

How much does delivery in Italy cost?

The contribution towards delivery nationwide is:

€9 for deliveries up to 30 kg;
€14 for deliveries from 31 to 50 kg;
€19 for deliveries from 51 to 100 kg;
€29 for deliveries from 101 to 300 kg.

What are the deliver times?

Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are dealt with on the same day if placed before 13.00, or the following working day if placed after 13.00. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are dealt with on the following Monday.

We deliver throughout Italy via Service Express courier.

The order is generally dealt with the day after purchase if you select “Credit Card, Paypal or Pay on Delivery” method and the day after payment is credited, if you select “Bank Transfer”.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by accessing your personal area. You will be able to see the list and status of orders placed from your personal board.

In the event of missing or incorrect products, what should I do?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If I am not happy with a product can I return it?

Yes, if you are a “consumer or user” and not a “professional”.

You can only return sealed goods. Returns will only be paid for by us if the products clearly fail to comply with standards or have been damaged during transport.

How can I return a product?

You can exercise the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the goods at your home, without the need to provide an explanation and without paying any penalties. You will need to inform us of your wish to return your purchase via registered return post, addressed to:

Once we have received the communication, we will create the paperwork for a return and our Customer Services will get in touch to agree on product return methods which you will pay for via courier and which we will provide details of. Once we have received the returned products, we will refund you the entire cost of the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for purchasing or the method indicated at the return stage.

How much does it cost to return products?

The only cost to you to return products is the cost of return shipment which will be done according to the methods given in the right to return.

You will be refunded the cost of the products returned using the same payment method you used for purchasing or the method indicated at the return stage.

If you are returning products because they failed to meet with standards or due to damage during transportation, the cost of shipment will be met by us and you will not be charged for anything.
